We have been using the services of Private Home Care for almost 2 years now and can not be happier! My mom has had the same primary caregiver all this time who is like a part of our family by now! The caregiver that comes on weekends is really nice as well! She is a full time student pursuing her nursing degree, very intelligent person that my mom enjoys talking to. There have been a couple of times that she was not able to come and then we had the care coordinator herself who came and cared for my mom. She said it was a company policy that they would never send someone my mom hasn't already met! We are so happy to have found Ptivate Home Care!
