Prime has been providing assistance to my father for the past 6-8 months. We could not be happier with each of the aides he has had. They are so incredibly caring and considerate to his needs. During this time of Covid, when we are not able to be there with him, it is comforting to know he has excellent help. As a home care nurse myself, I know the challenges within this business. Our family could not be happier with the professional and compassionate care our father has received.

The home health aides are sensational here... however the management seems to have dropped the ball! I have 12hr-13hr care for my dad and one of the aides called out.. no drama - life happens, but no coverage for those hours is ridiculous... so manager goes home an now I am responsible to get someone there to cover!! Thought this is why we hired you. Very Very agitating and stressful

Zorianda is one of the best home health care aids I have ever had. She works very hard and goes above and beyond to help me. I hope she stays with your agency for a long time. I think she deserves a raise. It will be an incentive to keep her at this job. When you find a good worker its a good idea to want to keep her and to reward a good and caring worker.
