Wow, I wish I had read reviews before I moved my schedule around and proceeded with this company. 15 minutes before my appointment, "Janet" sends me a text saying they cannot come because the car is not accelerating. I texted back asking to reschedule and she said she's not rescheduling because of the car issue and then they'll be closed until January 15th. WOW. It's really shady that they'd take your money and then just not show...

I have heard from companies that groupon pays you very little (I think they only pay the company 10% of the total groupon) so I partly blame groupon for screwing small businesses over like that. It's like, they set these businesses up to fail because the business does not want to honor the groupon since they're not making any money.

But at the same time, DON'T list your groupon if you're not willing to honor it!! "Janet"'s text offered a refund but that I'd have to go through groupon so to me that suggests her not wanting to honor it at all. So disappointing, wasted my whole morning. AVOID THIS COMPANY - shady business practices and they totally have no regard for people's time!

I will say making the appointment was very easy, "Janet" seemed very kind over the phone. But I guess none of that matters since I didn't receive the service I paid for.
