I highly recommend Precious Hands Home Care. Grace is kind, friendly, caring and very easy to get along with. She arranged a live-in caregiver for my mother who was battling cancer. The caregiver, Ida, was very experienced and caring. She took very good care of my mother during her final days and I got the feeling that Ida really cared about my mother's comfort and feelings. She told me that she likes being a caregiver because it's a job where you can really make a difference. When I heard that I knew she was the right person for my mom. Grace was so flexible and accommodating with my mother's ever changing schedule between the hospital, rehab center and home. I had to call her several times with last minute changes and it was never a problem. She made these difficult times easier by being so flexible and able to meet our needs quickly. Thanks so much to Grace and Ida for your wonderful support during this difficult time.

The caregivers and owner of Precious Hands helped our family to make my fathers last days as comfortable as possible. Nancy the caregiver was always very professional, compassionate and helpful. Grace, the owner, has always been there for us providing us with competent workers. Unfotuantely the last aide had to leave due to personal family matters, and we miss her dearly. I am confident that Grace will be able to accommodate us with a replacement.

After my aunt, who is in her early 80s arrived home from the rehab, my family had a great experience with precious hands home care. Weeks before, my aunt had fallen when walking down the stairs of her home. Before the fall, my aunt had lived a healthy and independent life. She is very energetic and being independent is very important to her. After the rehab, my aunt insisted on resuming her independence and receiving minimum home care from immediate family members. She soon realized that she needed more help than her immediate family members could offer. At first, we struggled to find flexible and experienced home care service team who could provide assistance to my aunt when walking around her home and at the same time respect her desire for independence.
A friend told us about precious hand home care. We made the call for help and the director of precious hands home care responded right away and came to my aunt's home the following day. This was a turning point for my aunt. Precious hands home care team brought so much relieve and joy to our family. Last year my mum was diagnosed with dementia.Caring for her was overwhelming because of other family responsibilities. I turned to precious hands for help.The staff was professional,reliable,compassionate,loving and caring. She provided high level of support and care to my mum. She also established a day to day routines with my mum that made care giving run smoothly.Today my lovely mum lives a happy life because of precious hands home care agency. It has been a year now, and through my experience with precious hands, I would definitely recommend Precious Hands to anyone looking for home care.

My mom has dementia and stays with me periodically. Securing good help in part time situations can be difficult. 1 always turn to Precious Hands Home Care. My mom has been cared for by several Aides and she has felt comfortable, safe and happy with all of them. What a blessing!

If you have urgent need to take care of your relative or friend, I recommend you call Precious Hands Home Care for their service. My closest friend had a wonderful a comfortable recovery experience after undergoing surgery. He did not have anybody to help him with the very basic tasks in the home after being released from hospital. Home stay was a better choice for a peaceful rest because he was able to readjust quickly while enjoying the professional and passionate care of nurses and care team from Precious Hands Home Care. They did their job to the fullest.
