BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!! If you want your dog safe go somewhere else. Our dog was not let out for more than a few times in his 10-day stay and chewed 3 molars down to the gum as he was so upset. They do not have mesh on the bars, They assured us he would be out most of the time. They have not offered to pay for x-rays and possible surgery or reimburse us for his stay. He is not aggressive and this is beyond cruelty. We will see them in court on this. We just wanted him safe and treated well and did not get what we paid for. I give it no stars, but had to give one to post. We have not even received any kind of apology, not that it would make much difference.
