The Pink Sponge Maids personnel are professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The products used are not toxic or damaging as most store bought are. I recommend them to my friends and acquaintances all the time because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and products as I have been. Do yourself a favor, hire Pink Sponge Maids and you will love them as much as we do!

The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Pink Sponge is not that very expensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay.

Also their car is so cute very attractable.

Pink Sponge I great! Incredibly reliable, trustworthy and caring. I've never had my home cared for like this and I really appreciate that I can call, text or email them whenever I need something. I don't have to worry about the small stuff, I just get to enjoy a clean home! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The relationship of giving someone your card info prior to rendering a service has to involve trust, FIRST! You trust that they will render the agreed upon services at a standard that is consistent and acceptable in exchange for payment. I have been working with pink sponge for 7 months and we have only hit that mark with two in home cleaning providers. The rest have been mediocre at best. But, that is not the ONLY reason for the one star. The one star clearly is because the technicians aren't cleaning properly but what isn't reflected here is how pink sponge predatorily gouged my family and I during a very fragile time in life. My husband's father passed and 10 days later his mom is in the hospital w a stroke so we haven't been monitoring the billing by pink sponge and when we finally looked... THEY HAVE CHARGED ALMOST $1000 to our cards respectively on those 10 days!!!!!!!!!!! We have only had one service, so where the charges stem from we do not know. We reached out to them and cannot get a call back, we have texted and called plus email. There is an honor system involved with auto pay which most companies use an automated system to complete to prevent double charges and mistakes. But, I can confirm without a doubt that pink sponge does their charges manually and doesn't verify that they haven't misused a good hardworking families funds. When I say we are looking to get our money back and part ways it's being kind. Imagine trying to purchase your father's burial suit and your card gets declined because of a cleaning service who won't return the call AND you had to do touch up cleaning to your house before going to visit your mother in ICU. Like I said, the staff isn't aware of the impact of over promises and under delivery. Jennifer the owner's daughter or the owner is my request on getting the financial debacle resolved asap. I have called and emailed plus texted you all. Hire experienced techs and be responsible with people's money. It is the right thing to do. Forget the cars with eyelashes, just get the cleaning done right at the agreed amount. The frivolous things aren't necessary.

As a side note, I should mention. I had a woman come to my home from pink sponge who was larger is stature who cleaned my entire downstairs by spraying cleaving solution on the floor and placing a towel on the floor then using her foot to push the towel around to dry the floor. Yes an entire floor of a home that way. Additionally, there was a tech who came to my home the day that the attached pictures were taken and she all of a sudden began acting strange and moving quickly on 4/20/23 and the disappeared before 4:20pm. She did say a word prior to leaving. The next day I contacted pink sponge about the disappearance and was told the tech did not feel good, "...she's human."

Again not experienced enough for the price they charge and CERTAINLY don't take responsibility for the work when brought to the attn of leadership.

Hello Kristen and our sincerest condolences for your loss, sometimes people make changes at the worst times, in the worst of places unknowingly which for us has not held a deeper meaning than your situation which were not aware of and apologize sincerely. Because you have already spoken to three of our managers, multiple times, and we have already given you a full refund and are able and willing to assist you in any further way we can please let us know what else we can do since this was never our intent. We are happy, beautiful people with kind hearts that sincerely try our best, but just fail 5% of the time (according to internal audits) and unfortunately this was the case here. Please let us know what else we can do.
We were excited and eager to announce the launch of our new booking and payment systems providers that have resolved most of these issues we/you faced with some of our prior servicers and vendors so this issue should be resolved going forward, so please, again let us know what else we can possibly do.

We have had several agencies clean our home before, and I am happy to let you know that Pink Sponge is very best we have had so far. Keep up the good work ladies, you are stuck with us because when my wife is happy, I am very happy!
