We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE, or carehome) located in Cameron Park, a quiet community in the foothills, 30 miles east of Sacramento. Our team of qualified caregivers provide 24/7 assistance and compassionate care to our residents. We meet health and safety requirements set by the California Department of Social Services and ensure that our staff receives regular training and education on issues relevant to the aging community. Our carehome is licensed for 15 beds, canaccommodate hospice residents, and has a large common area for group activities and family visits. We take pride in our approach to care, which is guided by the following values: Kindness and compassion: We treat our residents with patience and kindness as we help them to settle into a new atmosphere, and we respect their independence while offering the support they need. Our facility is staffed with caregivers who are ready and able to engage residents in activities (e.g., crafts, singing, exercise) or sit with residents and simply listen. Family-centered: Pine Tree Villa was established as a family endeavor; as such, we treat our seniors and our staff like they are part of the family, and we are committed to providing our residents with a safe place that feels like home. Our caregivers – most of whom have been with Pine Tree Villa for over 17 years – have built special bonds with our residents, based on trust and compassion.
