I have taken my dog 3 times now to this groomer the first 2 times the cut was ok although we felt it was a little longer than we like it to be cut. Today when our dog was picked up her hair is gapped all over her body. She has long and short places on her back. Her face hair is shaggy short on one side of her mouth long on the other and long on her chin. Then to add insult to the poor job they performed they added an additional $15 to the normal fee I was previously charged because they said it took 2 people to hold her for grooming. In the 10 years Pet Smart has groomed her we never had this issue with the shaggy hair cut. Although this groomer was more convenient to our home and additionally approximately $12 less expensive than Pet Smart prices we will be returning to Pet Smart and their professional groomers.
