Absolutely exceptional!!! They took wonderful care of my baby Hank!!! I loved receiving picture updates! He came home bathed, his blanket was washed, and he was so happy. This is definitely the place we will use anytime we leave town! Thanks Katie and Chad!

These guys were great with all my pups, i have 4 from teacup size to jumbo size and they took all of them and kept them together which is hard to find. Made sure we were comfortable leaving them and sent pics and updates with how they were doing which was really nice and made my kids feel better too. Pups did not seem stressed at all when we picked them up which was great, we will definitely be using them again. Thanks again

Katie has cared for our Annabelle and Tily twice this year and hopefully more in the future, while we are out town. We felt that our fur babies were in great hands. She texts and sends pics. We felt our pets were taken care of and loved. Highly recommend!

Katie and Chad have been taking care of my crew since 2010. The crew consists of two dogs and three cats. They walk the dogs daily and check on the cats twice daily, when I am out of town. They are very reliable and truly care about my pets. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they all have praised Katie/Chad highly.

Katie and her husband Chad have been taking care of our senior cat for years. It is wonderful to have people we trust watching our pets and home while we are gone. They always go above and beyond and can assist with trash, package deliveries, watering plants, etc. They also genuinely care about your pets and get to know them and their personalities. While we were away for two weeks in Ireland, our older cat was acting strangely and Katie quickly noticed and reached out to us to discuss. After switching up her feeding bowl she went back to normal and we were so relieved and could enjoy our vacation. Our cat family has grown to three kitties and they all love Katie and Chad, they are naturals with animals and complete professionals to deal with.

Katie always confirms before a scheduled visit and sends pictures of the kitties so we don't miss them too badly while we are gone. They have even handled 6 cats, and five litter boxes, when we were fostering for a local rescue. No instruction is too complicated and they can administer medicines, special diets, etc. without worry. They have also helped us out last minute by running over to check on our cats while we were stuck in another state due to a snowstorm. I am a control freak and our cats are our babies, but Katie and Chad are the only other people on earth I trust completely to care for them!

We have used Katie and Chad as pet sitters for over 6 years. They have provided excellent care of our pets and I would highly recommend them. Our cat Daisy was skittish around strangers but took immediately to both of them. They love our pets as if they were their own. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Katie and Chad are the BEST! Unfortunately I moved recently so we can no longer use them, but if I could have packed them up with me I would have. I never had to worry if Winnie would be taken care of. One time I had to leave town unexpectedly and on short notice they were able to take Winnie in for a weekend. Thank goodness I found PPP Care 4 1/2 years ago when I welcomed my new puppy into my home. Now several years later and a 2nd dog I can always rely on PPP Care to take care of my fur babies.
