Our Hand To Your Heart (OHTYH) is a Private Duty Nursing Agency. We service Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. At OHTYH we seek the most compassionate staff to service our clients and caregivers. We provide our clients with the highest quality of in home care. To help improve their quality of life and allow them to remain in their home, while maintaining their dignity. This helps them to achieve their optimum level of independence. OHTYH Offers Respite care, if a family member that gives care to a loved one istaking a vacation or need to be somewhere fast we are just a phone call away. Our caregiver services are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and all holidays. The office hrs. are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Our Hand To Your Heart offers 24 hr. a day care or a minimum of 4 hrs. a day.
