Wendy and her crew worked for me for a little over 2 years. I was very pleased at first: Wendy did a great job and was very reasonable. I referred her to friends and was a reference for her. She even had a key to my house. I was always very grateful for the help. However, Wendy is very busy and has a lot of helpers, so she doesn't come herself. Some of her helpers were okay, some were not. Some of my things were broken (and I wasn't told until later), sheets were put on sideways, and things weren't really getting clean. I have a large house, and in the beginning, they would spend 3-4 hours cleaning, but then it dropped down to 1 1/2 hours, and sometimes they wouldn't clean spaces if they were running late. I told Wendy about my concerns, gave them another chance, but eventually had to stop using her services. Since I stopped using Wendy, she has refused to return my key despite many phone calls and e-mails. I even asked her to leave a key with a friend, and she has simply refused to do so. I would not recommend her services.
