Speaking as a former client of Neurocare, I can say that with countless bad experiences with other homecare companies over the past ten years I was pleased from the very first time I met with neurocare.
Neurocare provided quality care with kind and knowledgeable staff. Although I no longer require their services I would not hesitate to employ Neurocare again when needed.

I was a client of theirs for around two years. From day one till the last day I was with them, I never had anything that was One of the initial selling points that was supposed to make them stand out from other companies. I never had a fully staffed case of caregivers, I was lucky if I had three maybe four. When it came to trying to plan ahead when we would know months in advance that one of the girls was leaving for a different job or for schooling reasons, it would take until three months after they have already been gone to finally get somebody in for an interview to replace them. Management doesn't even know employees names, Let alone who is working what shifts and on what cases. Instead of trying to take care of their employees to make sure nobody gets burnt out from working too much, it's nothing for them to take the easy way out just to have somebody work 24 hours through 36 hours straight. A lot of money is spent initially to acquire new clients, once they sign on they are forgotten about. A lot of the people they would send into my home after explaining to them a general idea of what I was looking for, The types of people they would send in to my home, we're people that I wouldn't feel comfortable going to The grocery store with, let alone have them in my home. The last few months that I was with them, I didn't even have a nurse on my case. Talk about completely illegal. From how well I knew the owners of the company, cutting corners to save some money seem to me like it took precedent over the actual care of the client. Definitely would not recommend this company to anybody, client nor caregiver.
