I've used Daniela before and ho nearly poor service. does not clean properly. everything was unorganized. the funny thing is she told me the same thing she's told her other clients " she can't organize cuz she doesn't know where it goes" that's why you can ask.. anyway she was super rude. very unprofessional. I've seen your response to other reviews. "who are you?" don't ask who I am. i was a client of yours that was very disappointed.

I used neat services mainly because Daniella was the first person to pick up her phone and I really wanted help right away.

Quality of work
Very poor. When I entered my home she was "finished" with the kitchen. My husband said she does not perform quality work. I actually told him she was not finished with the kitchen area.. I thought she had a process of cleaning the floors first before finishing the counters etc. When she said she was finished I was surprised. I did a walk through with her... My shower in the master was still dirty. My toothbrush holder was still dirty. When I pointed this out she rinsed out the toothbrush holder with water and told me that my shower was sooo dirty that was all she could do and would try to get out the other soap scum on her next visit....? She did not sweep or wipe under any of my beds and did not organize my side tables or dressers. When I asked her about organizing the stuff she said she does not know where they go. I suggested if she does not know where things go she could ASK... Daniella told me she picked up my daughters toys off the floor.. this was true but all she did was throw them on the changing table?

Ps... in my guest bathroom she did not even bother to clean the shower... it was dry dry dry...

Price
I wasted my $80. I feel like I threw it away...I paid for her to load the dishwasher, vacuum and mop the floors, and "clean" 1 bathroom. She seems upset that I was asking her to organize my home...said she did not include that in her $80 fee. When we spoke she said for a 3-2 it would cost 100... I mentioned that my old housekeeper did my 3-2 for 80. She agreed to try it for $80. Then when she was "finished" she said organization is included at the 100 fee... but you said you were going to do the $100 cleaning at $80...so now I'm confused. So I said ok you're saying that for a home my size you'll charge $100 flat fee. She said yes...so I said ok now I know that...but aren't you going to clean it properly for the price of $80.. she said no she will not organize... ok so fine she won't organize what about under my beds? What about my second bathroom? What about my kitchen counters?

I will never use this service again...this was my first time trying CARE and I am so disappointed...I know CARE is not necessarily the problem but...this experience was very disheartening. I have had long term house cleaners before that made my home refreshing top to bottom...She left my home with clean floors...that all

Daniela has been providing cleaning services for my family since the fall of 2014. She is a godsend! We're a busy professional couple that has have two toddler boys, a cat, and frequent visiting relatives - this translates into general chaos in our home... but Daniela makes that chaos go away and leaves us with the gorgeous, catalog photo-clean home that I've always wanted to have. Besides the typical duties, she goes above and beyond, doing things like washing windows, sweeping the garage and the exterior of our front doorway - these are things that make your home so much more a joy to come home to. She is kind, friendly, and very trustworthy - after these years of working together, I am perfectly comfortable with her coming to our home and taking care of things when we're not home. Her prices are market rate for this area, and in my opinion very fair. I highly recommend her services to busy families everywhere; you'll be so glad you called her!

Daniela had been working for me since 2010 and she always do great!
Not only the regular weekly cleaning, but more, like organizing my closet, which is a challenge, washing outside windows once a month, pick up toys and disinfect them!
She helps me so much that I don't know what would I do without her

Rudest company I've ever dealt with. Cleaned my house only twice before I decided to never use this business again. Seemed like they made more mess then they cleaned up and when adressed about the issue didn't seem to care at all. Floors were always sticky after they left and mirrors ALWAYS have streaks in them. Definitely suggest using someone else
