What won me over was the fact that there was one person who was a 'constant' in my Aunt's care. She met with my Aunt at the hospital, she was with my aunt on the ride home. Every time a new caregiver came to my aunt's house, she would come by again to ease the transition of my Aunt meeting another new caregiver.
