Driden came and cleaned my home for me earlier this week. She did a fabulous job, was friendly, sweet to my children and very efficient. As a mom of three small children, one of them being a small, nursing infant it's not easy for me to accomplish all that she did in one day, let alone the time that she did it in. When I walked in my door with my children I wanted to cry. Everything was perfect and clean and my surfaces shone and the whole house smelled lovely. Thank you, My Maid!

Would definitely recommend, had them do a deep clean on a rental I moved into. Liked the service that I have them back once a month. Very polite, efficient and easy to schedule.

I've been using My Maid LLC for little over a year now. Initially I was given a specific recurring date and time, but now they can't commit to a specific time; just the date. I was assigned two young ladies that couldn't get to everything while they were in my home so then I decided to have them alternate cleaning the bedrooms & bathrooms floor to ceiling, then the rest of the home including everything on the tables and counters the following month and they still couldn't complete the tasks. After a year, they assigned someone else. She came into my home, cleaned it and blew me away, folks entering my home said my home even smelled clean! My faith in My Maid LLC was restored and I am happy! Pros: Price is reasonable, get the right person and your home will look & smell clean. Cons: Can't commit to a schedule.

My Maid did a great job cleaning my two story townhome. I was impressed by Elena's pacing and her genuine kindness throughout. My Maid even reached out prior to cleaning to ask for any special requests and I was so pleased to see that they really care about making sure the cleaning is above and beyond. I am especially impressed by the bathrooms and bedroom. My mirrors are streak-free and crystal clear and the bathtubs were very well done. The bedroom is dust-free (including my fan) and the bed was made up exceptionally. I could trust this company to clean my home without me being present due to the high values they uphold.

We had a wonderful experience with Elena cleaning our home. She was very detailed and meticulous with her cleaning. I've never had our house cleaned so well. She even cleaned the tracks of our sliding glass door which no one has ever done before. We look forward to seeing Elena again to clean our home! It's sparkling!

Isabel and Ana cleaned my house for the first time last week, it's new construction so I had them focus on dusting, kitchen, bathroom and floors for this first visit. I intend to have the ladies come over on a monthly basis to do a basic clean on different areas of the house - windows, baseboards, deeper kitchen clean - while making sure the high traffic areas are regularly addressed.

They were both very professional and respectful as I was working from home during the cleaning. They worked diligently for the couple of hours they spent cleaning which was important to me because I paid by the hour. After the cleaning, my home was in like new shape from when I first moved in! They were also very good working around my pets.

Naomi was very professional when she came over to view my home prior to scheduling the cleaning... I selected My Maid LLC over other businesses because of that personal touch. I had received several other quotes without an in-person inspection or contact from a representative to discuss my specific needs. Additionally, they are respectful to work with request to use green/non-toxic cleaning products in my home!

Wow! Very impressed with the amazing service I received from My Maid this past week! I usually do all the cleaning in the house including deep cleaning because I am very particular. However, being 9 months pregnant I realized it would be a good idea to have someone else handle it for me before I have my baby. I definitely wanted my house as clean as possible before I bring my little one home from the hospital. My Maid deep cleaned my house and it has never looked better!!

Although my boyfriend didn't want me to hire anyone to clean the house he was AMAZED when he got home to see the bathtub super clean & all the baseboards etc clean. I will definitely be having My Maid come back to clean more frequently!!!

First off, I have never wanted anyone other than myself to wash my tile flooring, as I am very particular about the results. Having said that, after having My Maid wash my tile flooring yesterday, I will never wash my tile flooring again, as My Maid did an impeccable job. Dalia was very professional, friendly, and her customer service skills were top notch.

Additionally, the price was super reasonable and the owner Naomi was very quick to respond to all of my questions via email and sent a follow up email to ask if I was pleased with the services.

My Maid was timely and professional! As a new mom I have been overwhelmed with housekeeping duties and they really saved the day and relieved me of that burden. They did a spectacular job on my home. I could not be more pleased with the result and intend to use their service regularly!
