We understand communication is important and we can match you with an English-speaking professional, based on your preferences. As long as you and the cleaner are happy working together, you will receive the same cleaner on each visit. Or try out different cleaners until you find the right fit.
Depending on job size and availability, one to two cleaners will arrive to your home with supplies in hand. Eco-friendly options are available upon request. You can also request the cleaners to use your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
If you are not home for a cleaning, you can use a lockbox to secure your house key. This allows you to change the code, should you be matched with a new cleaner.
