I had a deep cleaning from Mr.Nice on Monday, and it was decent. The guys that came to clean were very friendly, and had great costumer service. The cleaning itself was good, not great. For a regular cleaning they did a great job, but I wouldn't of considered it a deep clean. They did do a good job and took about 2 or 3 hours to do. The amount an hour is per employee that comes. So if its 20$ an hour, it'd be 40$ an hour if you had two cleaners. Which I was fine with since it took last time, but I was a little confused when I wrote a check. Eugiene and his two employees were super nice, and I will have them coming next week for another cleaning.

Mr.Nice has great costumer service but lacks in the cleaning aspect. I had a "deep" clean which took a total of three hours. The oven wasn't touched, the stove top was "sub par", toilet paper was left off rolls, and instead of cleaning the dishes, they took the dirty dishes from my sink, and put them in the dishwasher, were clean dishes were sitting for them to put away. There was cleaning products left all over my house, I felt like I was playing a game a scavenger hunt. There not terrible at what they do, they just aren't great. For paying 100+ dollars, I didn't get what was expected.

Mr. Nice was good to do business with: prompt, courteous, and professional, and they did a good job. We would definitely hire them again.
