Today Beth and Rhonda cleaned my house for me and did a wonderful job. They both were professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. It is such a great feeling to be able to spend my time decluttering while they are getting everything nice and clean.

We hired Molly Maid to clean our house before we moved in and even signed up for their move-in cleaning service. They were going to get everything clean before we moved in as the previous family had pets and multiple kids. So we had them come clean the day we closed on the house. This way they could clean while the house was empty and then we would move in the next day with a fresh start.
Unfortunately, we arrived to find a card from Molly Maid saying they had cleaned the house. But as we looked around, we could see dust and dog hair clumps on the hardwood floor, dust on the vents, ceiling fans, lights, mantle and baseboards. The the countertops and cabinets had a sticky residue on them. The windows were full of fingerprints and the appliances had not been cleaned, as there was buildup in the stove, gunk in the fridge and lint on the top of the dryer.
As we looked around, we could not figure out what if anything they had actually cleaned. We ended up calling them that day and they came back out but just proceeded to argue with us and come up with excuses. On the second trip they did do some dusting but did not address the windows, appliances, countertops/cabinets/baseboards or the floor. They left as we could not make any headway with getting through to them and they were just making us even more upset.
They then proceeded to take our money from our checking account without resolving the issues or offering a reduced rate for all of the cleaning they failed to do and left us stuck with doing.
I ended up spending the rest of the day cleaning the floors, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the cabinets, countertops and windows rather than moving in as planned. I would never hire them again.

I have had my house cleaned by Molly Maids of Peoria for several years, having several different girls . I have fould all of them very friendly and caring and they do a good job.
