Whether you're looking for cleanings as frequent as multiple times a week, or up to once a month, we are sure youwill be happy with your sparkling home! Below is an overview of services provided with our standard cleaning package. Instead of hourly rates, we provide cleaning on a flat rate basis, with discounts offered based on the frequency of cleanings desired. OVERVIEW 1.General Cleaning- Removal of dust and cobwebs, surfaces dusted and polished, trash bag removal from indoor bins, sweep and mop, vacuum. 2.Bathrooms- Mirrors cleaned, light fixtures and trim dusted, countertops washed and polished, sink, tub, and showers cleaned with appropriate products, toilet cleaned inside and out, cupboards and cabinets dusted and polished. Floors swept and mopped. 3.Kitchen/Wet Bars-Cupboards and cabinets dusted and polished as needed, countertops washed and polished, appliances cleaned and stainless polished, floors swept and mopped. (no dishes, interior oven clean, interior fridge cleaning) 4.Bedrooms- Beds tidied up, surfaces dusted and cleaned, floors vacuumed. (no laundry included) 5.Miscellaneous Rooms- Dining, living, and other rooms will be dusted, cleaned appropriately, and vacuumed or swept and mopped. 6.Window Washing- Upon request MJProClean does wash all interior windows but will have an additional cost. Cost will determine custom quote in how many windows will be serviced. MJProclean also holds accident and damage insurance, so should the worst happen, we've got you covered without a penny out of your pocket!
