NEVER AGAIN! My vacation rental was left a disgusting mess because no one showed up. The regular cleaner was sick but my property manager was assured her husband would replace her. Thankfully I had reserved that week for my family. We arrived late at night after a long drive only to discover we would need to clean for over an hour, dirty towels everywhere, urine on the toilet seat, no clean bedding or towels. There can be nothing worse for a guest than walking in to a filthy unit after paying a premium price for a long awaited vacation.
