I was a client of Valerie's for awhile. I've really loved the house cleaners she has sent to my home over the years, however she is a different story. She communicates that she'll need to cancel and never follow up to reschedule. I sent messages stating I was just going to clean my house myself that week since it hadn't been serviced in almost a month and she still never replied. She then sends the poor girl to my house to clean and I had no idea she was even coming because Valerie never responded to my texts. She left her employee, who had no idea of the situation, to smooth things over. Find someone else if you want a professional business.

Very unprofessional, I personally worked for this company and will never use a maid company to clean my home after this experience. I witnessed the owner using the same tool that she explained to me to use for toilet bowls if client did not have toilet brush but a week later she was using the same tool to scrub someone's oven because she did not have the right scrub. She also has did not provide paper towels so we had to use clients behind her their back . She also doesn't believe in using bleach products In bathroom or anywhere that has germs ! She also would not allow me to have a break I had to beg her to allow me to eat after working 7 hour Work days so whoever is coming into your house is not getting proper nutrition to do the hard work it takes to clean a house . Good luck if you ever use her services . She is the cheapest pick for a reason .
