My name is Laura, Miss Behavior. I am a dog behavior specialist, local to the seacoast, New Hampshire area. I am a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, as well as a full member of APDT. I have been teaching classes for over five years now and have beenproviding behavior modification for about two years. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Associate's Degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2007. I have two dogs of my own and two cats - all rescues and all with their own "quirky" behavior issues. You'll often see my dogs helping me out with classes and private training. My methods are positive reinforcement - "Training humans on behalf of their loyal companions." Dogs are too often misunderstood and humanized in a way that is very unhealthy for their relationship with you. I help you, as the owner, find a healthy and fulfilling middle ground where your dog can be a dog but can also be your loving, loyal, and well mannered companion. Please see my website for more information about me, my methods, my services, my fees, etc.… Read more
