We used Alex for Airbnb turnovers starting last year. She started off great and then went downhill drastically as she gained more clients. Last summer she didn't show up three times without warning for same day turnovers. I had to leave work and clean my house myself in 3 hours. She informed us this summer that she has more help and that wouldn't be an issue again. We decided to give her another chance.
This is only our second turnover of the summer season and she left our house a mess. Dirty counters, floors, stairs. Beds poorly made, curtains not even pulled back. Laundry left soaking in the wash - not even the dryer. The dryer tray full (fire hazard). When I informed her of the issue, she was rude and argumentative. I would not recommend because she will only hurt your airbnb reviews. Unsanitary and unprofessional.
