I brought my 3 small dogs in this past Saturday. I asked for a partial groom, they shaved one of my dogs so low around her private areas that she has been in extreme pain. Can't sit down with out crying. This is the second time, first time wasn't as bad, thought maybe it was an accident. I will never bring my babies there again. UPDATE: Just spoke to the manager Rochelle. She tells me that this is due to an allergy of the blades being too short....that does not make sense. My dog goes to the groomer once a month, this had NEVER happened!!! She then goes on to tell me that they fired the groomer that worked on my dogs on saturday for mishandling dogs. I am so upset. It is now monday and my baby won't even let me pick her up because she is in so much pain!
