In response to "Concerned F"
I noted that the company tells the customer up front that they do not do background checks and leave that up to the client.
I have a couple of friends who use this company, one an outstanding caregiver, and have been pleased.

Do not trust this company. They hire registered sex offenders, they allow there employees to commit insurance fraud without penalties. And they will hire anyone. Including thief's. All of these things happened to my parents. And I'm very disappointed in this company.
