It is with great consideration that I write this unfavorable review.
Michele was hired by me to care for my elderly father with dementia. Michele had difficulty processing situations per her statements. Michele did not inform me of important factors concerning my father. Michele also took it upon herself to do things her way and not follow my instructions. Michele is not suited to care for patients with dementia. Patients with dementia do not realize what they are doing or saying at times. Michele seemed to think my father's actions were intentional. At the end of her employment caring for my father Michele was very disrespectful & unprofessional to me.
