My wife and I were referred to Jennifer through a friend to clean our 2BR/1.5BA 1,000 sqft townhome. While $60 an hour is expensive for a cleaning, we were willing to work with her. The job involved a move-out house cleaning and after my wife contacted her, she insisted the job should only take 3-4 hours and she would have two workers and possibly herself. Jennifer told my wife that she would meet at the house Thursday morning at 8:30 am. Since we were already moved out of the area, we had a family friend meet to let her in. At 8:50 am our friend left since she still wasn't there. At 9:00 am Jennifer called and stated she was there and ready to work. At 9:15 am our friend came back and let her in. Jennifer and her sister-in-law spent four hours working on our house. Jennifer contacted my wife and stated the work was done and finishing touches needed to be completed on Saturday. We were coming back Saturday for a final inspection so touching up was fine and we paid her the $240.

My wife and I came back to the house for a final inspection on Saturday and were not at all satisfied with the work Jennifer and her sister-in-law had completed. The kitchen was a mess (the only thing cleaned was the stove top, face of the oven, and face of the fridge). None of the sliders or windows were cleaned. None of the cabinet shelves were wiped down. None of the railings on the stairs were wiped down. The only other items clearly cleaned were the bathrooms. We attempted to call Jennifer and she stated her sister-in-law was on the way to do the "finishing touches". I left with our final small car load expecting someone to be at the house by 11:30 am. My wife stayed behind in order to wait for someone. At 12:15 pm my wife was contacted by Jennifer and indicated she was surprised her sister-in-law wasn't there and someone would be over immediately. At 12:45 pm no one was there and my wife texted Jennifer again with no response. As a matter of fact, we are at 24 hours with no contact. At 1:20 pm my wife finally heard back from the sister-in-law that she would be over in 15-20 minutes (at this point a little over two hours since we were supposed to meet someone). My wife met the sister-in-law and indicated the work completed was not four hours worth of work, not 2-3 people's worth of work, and was completely unsatisfactory for what we were expecting. To our surprise, the sister-in-law indicated we would need to pay MORE money for another four hours' worth of work to get the house move-in ready. While talking to the sister-in-law, we found out Jennifer never intended to finish the job nor come back herself. On top of all of this, Jennifer's sister-in-law is six months pregnant with a broken arm. And Jennifer was not going to help her one bit. The sister-in-law regardless spent five hours cleaning the rest of the house to make it move-in ready. We indicated to the sister-in-law that we wanted to take the money back from Jennifer and pay her the $240 for her hard work because Jennifer didn't do anything.

After this hellish ordeal, I can't recommend enough to NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY for ANY house cleaning whatsoever. Interactions with Jennifer were nothing but lies (including her not being able to bring her vacuum due to a missing part when she actually forgot it completely, her time frame, her SHOWING UP, her interest in completing the job, that it was just finishing touches, etc) and she completely takes advantage of individuals while they aren't home, lying about what she did and didn't clean while extending the number of hours she actually worked. She lied about the number of people she would bring. Everything this woman did for the job was a lie. I can't recommend enough to never choose this woman for anything. The only silver lining of this whole situation is the sister-in-law, for which we would happily have given $240 to her but Jennifer will not refund our transaction.

Jen is amazing! Always on time, dependable and pays great attention to detail. If your looking for a good house cleaning, she's your girl. If she's not available she makes sure to send someone who is and they are just as amazing. I would definitely recommend 10/10
