Used this service for the first and last time today. Nothing that was told to me when scheduling the initial "deep cleaning" turned out to be false:
I was given a window of time for arrival of 11 am to 2 pm, cleaner came at 8 am.
I was told that I would get a call when the cleaners were on their way; I did not get a call.
I was told there would be a team of cleaners; there was only one.
Five hours in, I finally couldn't keep going over the provided checklist to have the cleaner to all the things not done.
This was NOT a deep cleaning. This was a cleaning for which I was charged $351. If you use this service, you should get in writing the arrival window, the number of cleaners to be provided. In my experience today, the person who set up the initial "deep cleaning " was not honest about what would be done. Again, get everything in writing.
