It is my pleasure to give Jean and Rachel a 5 star review. We have been a bi-weekly customer for 4 months now, but every time I come home, it smells wonderful and there is no dog hair on the floor (we have 2 very hairy dogs). The ladies take their time when cleaning my furniture with items on top of it. When Sarah and Jessica come, my house is cleaned the same way. I like the processes they have.

Poorly run business. Owner never shows up on time and is always running late. Talks bad about her employees which I dont feel is appropriate for an owner to do in front of her customers. Doesn't have all her equipment and has to leave the house multiple times. Takes smoke breaks during a cleaning. Overall, I was very unhappy.
