Marissa is the light in everyone's day. She is a take charge kind of person and her naturally infectious personality touches everyone who works with her. She is punctual, shows great Initiative and I found her efforts and results speak louder than her words, (spoken so eloquently in that Bronx accent).
The food, you ask? She can do everything from over the top delicately plated canapés to your Nana's Sunday ragout over a perfectly cooked mushroom polenta, she makes it all look effortless and everything I tasted was simply top notch and memorable.
When it comes to organization, Marissa responded quickly to my emails, and was always available for questions. Her work was always of the highest quality and she met her deadlines every time. While I am a person of great detail and culinary knowledge Marissa is on a whole other level. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made for an enjoyable, stress-free experience that I will not forget and find myself longing for. This review is more than deserved. My only worry is the secret will get out and Marissa will be shot to stardom! As she deserves.

Marissa and Michael cleaned and organized our home and prepared delicious, flexible meals for our family on a weekly basis. They are a joy to work with. They are reliable. They are easy to communicate with. They take initiative but also are always happy to hear feedback and/or direction. And their cooking is absolutely delicious, fresh, and high quality.
