Our caregivers will assist clients with activities of daily living including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming, alone or with assistance; observing patients' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake output, vital signs and reporting changes to professional staff: feeding clients who are unable to feed themselves; providing help walking and exercising.
Our caregivers will give medications as prescribed and documenting as required. Our caregivers will respond to medical issues and concerns promptly. including the accurate dispensation of medications, basic first aid, and referring clients for medical evaluation and care.
We are professionals with personal care with Alzheimer's and Dementia, we speak English and Spanish.

My father was diagnosed with Alzheimers and required lots of attention and one to one care. He was fun to be around but had his moments that could become quite challenging. Flor and her team were professional and kind in dealing with these moments. His birthdays were always special and fun for him to celebrate. I cannot praise these folks enough and should you require assistance, I highly recommend them. Their level of patience and understanding in caring for your loved ones is unique and believe me, you will be most comforted knowing they are there.

Flor Amaya and her professional staff have provided a wide range of personal homecare over the years to our dear family members in Concord and in San Francisco. Their dedicated efforts have given precious comfort, companionship and support to our beloved elders as they aged with dignity at home. We will always be grateful to Flor and her staff of genuine angels for their talented efforts, tireless spirit and compassionate hearts. Flor, Amparo and their team were a lifesaver. They took care of my father so lovingly and with such care, that it was one less thing to worry about. Dementia/Alzheimer's is so difficult and they also helped us in dealing with how to care for our father. They were very professional yet warm and were able to match my dad's sense of humor and his angry spells, which I had a harder time with. I would highly recommend Love and Care for the care of your loved one.

I cannot praise Flor Amaya and her company, Love and Care any more highly. My family is so very grateful for the expert care Love and Care provides on a daily basis to my Dad who is recovering from hip replacement surgery. Flor personally got to know my Dad and my family and then expertly matched him with a very experienced caregivers. The Love and Care team became deeply involved with my Dad's needs in order for them to have the best chance of healing him. Love and Care team stayed on top of my Dad and made sure to keep us abreast of any concerns. Flor and the caregivers are very friendly, caring, expert professionals who always act in the best interests of my Dad while respecting the wishes of my family.
