Absolutely the worst dog boarding experience I have ever had. I had a reservation for a week long boarding for 2 dogs over the Christmas holiday. I put down a $140 deposit and was told to arrive after 630pm for drop off. I arrived at 640, and no one was at the facility. I called the man managing the kennel while the owner was on vacation, and was reprimanded for arriving late, told that he didn't wait around for people, and then hung up on. He arrived at the facility a few minutes later and continued to be extremely rude to the point that I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my dogs with him. He told me that the owner had notified everyone to arrive between 6 and 630 (which was not the case), and that he didn't care if I left my dogs or not (I did not) because "he wasn't waiting around". Once the owner returned, I called to get a refund of the $140 down payment and was told that it was non-refundable. I absolutely do not recommend this kennel to anyone.
