If you are looking for reliable and professional at home care, do NOT use this company. They didn't even have the common decency to let us know the caregiver wasn't able to show up for her assigned shift. Not cool.

We tried, time and again, to be understanding that Life's at Home Care was a new startup, but, time after time, again and again, they have been a major disappointment!
It is very understandable that there will be days when one of their care assistants is unable to show up; but we never get notice until after we have worried about the safety and well-being of our care assistant, almost to the point of calling the authorities.
This is truly UNACCEPTABLE behavior for caregiving services!!!

Nicole was great. Showed a willingness to accommodate and assist in any manner needed. As discussed with her our initial explanation of the fee schedule was not clear. Would use again.
