My nephew was sitting on their benches waiting for me to pick him up at the hospital, after a very bad day. He is one of the sweetest people you ever want to meet. Note: they have two benches outside. I hear this rude lady saying to him, you can't sit here, in a hateful voice. He said I'm sorry, I was just waiting for my aunt to pick me up, are there any more benches around that I could wait for her at? She abruptly said No! She was an older, stout, lady with gray hair, if this is any indication of the compassion showed to people, I would steer clear of this facility. If you don't have common decency you should not be in the health care field. I hope this matter will be taken care of.

If I could not give any stars I would. I came in contact with a very ignorant driver today that drives for this company. I live in a very small town (approx 50 houses). This morning while taking my child to the bus, I came up to a driver that was parked in the middle of the road that leads to my childs bus stop. I stepped out of my car and tried to explain to him that he cant block the road this time of the morning as serveral cars come through there. he proceeded to tell me to " Call the F*ING cops" He expected me to go through a 3ft snow bank that has a ditch under the plowed snow. My car sits to low to make it through. I had to back up approx 1/4 of a mile to the first available place to turn around and go the whole way out around town to get my child to the bus stop. This specific house is on a corner that they have access to a road and an alley. He was blocking both alley and road. And to add our twp doesnt plow the alley and we know that the individual gets picked up by a bus everyday, so all of us neighbors plow and shovel this alley for the van drivers. He then proceeded to come up my road ( Which he had no need to be up on this street and has never been up here before) and sit in front of my house and then CALL THE COPS ON ME!!!!! Then when he came back into town for her drop off, he consistently came through town blowing his horn the whole way through town. I have also witnessed this same driver Smoking in this company vehicle. I called the company to file a complaint and of course no manager has called me back. If you love your loved ones, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can only imagine how they treat their patients.
