Ms. Ese and her team genuinely care about you as if you were family. My dad needed some additional assistance after suffering significant muscle atrophy, and Legacy Care saved the day. Ms. Ese was extremely communicative, flexible and caring. She did everything she could to ensure my dad's transition from a skilled nursing facility back home was successful and without her I don't know what we would have done. My dad's quality of life is excellent because of Legacy Care. I'm so grateful to Ese and her team. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of additional care for a loved one. When my father-in-law was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and reached his final stage, my husband and I found ourselves unable to provide the round-the-clock care he needed. Fortunately, Legacy Care came highly recommended, and we are incredibly grateful to have had them by our side during these difficult days.
From the moment Legacy Care became involved, our lives changed for the better. Prior to their assistance, my husband and I never had a restful night's sleep, constantly worrying about my father-in-law's well-being. However, with the expertise and experience possessed by the caregivers, we found solace in knowing that he was in capable hands. They skillfully managed his medication, provided daily living assistance, and always prioritized his comfort and well-being. It was evident that they genuinely cared for him, some of the overnight caregivers always gave him a soothing bed bath and applied lotions on his skin to prevent itchiness.
What impressed us most was the team's ability to go beyond physical care. They provided companionship and emotional support that meant the world to our family. I'll never forget the kind gesture of one caregiver who, after completing an overnight shift, returned to our front door with a bouquet of roses and a heartfelt card.
