I have been using her for a couple of months and everything was good until she stole from me. I had even recommended her to friends and my work for commercial clean. On December 15th, 2021 while I was at my hometown, I called her and asked her if she was available. She came and cleaned my house and as always I sent a payment on venmo. When I sent it, I barely had any service resulting in the payment multiplying and sending twice. She denied all this and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called venmo to complain since it went twice on my end. They confirm that she did in fact receive the payment to which I asked her to please work with me to get the issue resolved. I sent a request for the double payment amount of venmo and she blocked me on venmo. I been very calm and respectful when I try to talk to until she started blocking me on everything. She ignored all of my calls, text messages, ect. I thought and spoke so highly of her and how amazing she was until she showed me that she's a horrible person. If she wanted more money for the clean, all she had to do was ask and I would've paid for the requested services amount. But this is just plain wrong.
