I just want to say that I lived all my life in Arcadia and when my father needed to come home after his surgery we we weren't not ready to provide the care he needed to recover quickly .

Dora was an incredible help to my family when it came time for assistance with my mother who is suffering with Alzheimer's. So professional, attentive, and sincere, really everything we could have hoped for at a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering in-home care.

My mother and I contacted Krista Care about six months ago because she needed help with various activities at home. The Krista office staff interviewed us to find out our needs and to match caregiver personalities with my mother's. We immediately felt we could trust them. At first, there were two who weren't good matches, but within about two weeks, Krista had set us up with three absolutely fantastic caregivers.
They are kind, hard-working women, and enjoyable to be around, which is very important since they spend a lot of time with my mother. They help her with tasks around the house and are nearby to be sure she is safe as she goes about her activities. The day caregiver drives her to the grocery store, hair and nail salons, and various other appointments. They also help with baking, watch TV with her in the evening, and have interesting conversations.
Overall, they have given her independence and have given the family peace of mind that someone is with her to look out for her health and safety.

Krista care was very flexible in coming out for an assessment and home inspection. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Both my mom and grandmother were very happy with the caregivers. They were friendly and helpful. They were amazingly flexible in providing us the coverage we have requested .

Sam is a great guy but don't want to pay you correctly. He start you off at $13 dollars under paying you for your work. Worked for 2 1/2 yrs never got a raise until I mention that I should get paid more. He will send you far out or send you to someone else job that didn't show up then the client will ask what happened to the other care giver, they never received a call telling them someone else was coming.Very unprofessional and a fast talker so watch it. I don't recommend nobody to work for this company, even if you have skills your pay will be $13 an hour

We are not used to receiving one star reviews so we are not happy that you are experience working here has been unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line. I would urge you to come and see me or your team leader to discuss these concerns in person.
Krista care guidelines that caregivers not to be assigned to a client further than 15 miles radius from there home address, the limitation is 15 mile radius. In case a caregiver call out ( Cant make it to the shift) another caregiver will be assigned to their shift , the new caregiver will be informed about the duties for this shift. Also, the client will be notified that their regular caregiver is out and new caregiver will be covering the shift. We don't just send a caregiver to client house without the client knowledge and approval. As far as $13 pay rate, currently pay rate is way higher than $13/hr.
Please contact me immediately to resolve any other issues.

This is not a place where you want to work they under pay you $14 an hour and will send you our far.You may have a day off and you'll get a phone call saying can you please go to work for someone else at the last minute. He is not professional at all very poor care do not work for this place Krista care

The caregivers that serviced my grandfather are the best! They are attentive, caring, and compassionate. I have worked with different home care agencies in the past, but there is something different about this agency. The caregivers are definitively better trained and more qualified.

Thank goodness for our caregiver Ronald and Krista Care. They have been lifesavers with much needed loving care and help for my 98 year old father. He is treated with patience and kindness. It raises his spirits and mine. If anyone needs care for their elderly parents, I recommend Krista Care to give you the help you need as well as peace of mind in knowing your loved ones are well cared for.

Krista care is not good agency when I applied for a job through Krista care
I was asked to go out to a client's home right away to meet with family . I asked Sam what was the pay and he said $ 13 dollars and hour when Minimum wage is$ 14 25 and I been working in this field for over 14yrs and I will not except getting under payes for my work. Over all Sam a good person but wants to under pay you ,minimum wage is 14.25 an hour NO ONE GOING TO WORK FOR $13 DOLLARS WHEN YOU CAN GET 14.25 A minimum wage

Our experience with Krista Care was great. When I called, Sam who answered the phone was able to send someone right away. We were able to sit and interview the person, her Name was Sandra, and she was well-qualified. She was with us for few months and helped a great deal. My mother-in-law didn't have complaints about her at all. She came in Monday through Friday to provide companionship. The price was within our price-range and the value of management is good because they were able to accommodate whatever we needed. We didn't have any problems with them. I strongly recommend Krista Care.
