I hate to say, poorly run. I think maybe poorly managed. I took my dog there for 11 days recently. We also had 3 other family member dogs there at the same time. We continued to see pics on Facebook of other dogs and never saw ours so I messaged them and received a not very professional comment back.
When picking up my dog from her regular kennel, she comes running out to us happy, tail wagging, obviously excited to go home, but happy. Today she came out with her head down no tail wags, and whimpered and shaked on the 2 minute ride home.

The 2 stars is for the employees who actually take care of the dogs. Horrible customer service. I dropped my dogs off Oct 27th picked up Nov 3rd. Prices went up Nov 1st. I told the lady Renaee that it would be nice to let customers know the prices are going up, especially when it is changing as my dogs are staying there. Renaee replied "Kroger does not let you know when prices go up" as a repeating customer coming back to a small business that was very unprofessional and quite upsetting as I trust you with my dogs. I called back to speak to a manger because I realized I was only supposed to be charged 2 nights of the 7 nights the new prices. Nope they charged me the new prices before it was even changed. The manager Heather was erratic from the very beginning said "that is above my pay grade" no help at all. She did say she would give my number to the owners for them to call me. Hopefully then I will be treated as a person from this business.
