I've been going to Kim's for years. She has groomed many of my dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else she goes above and beyond her and her girls.

They are amazing groomers. They love what they do, and they've always been kind and very professional. Unless of course you disrespect their time and don't show up for appointments then they should be quite Stern and explain to people that their time is valuable respected or go somewhere else.

As a coustomer of Kim's Dog House for 9 years, I am truly disappointed with the service that I have recieved this past month. After calling to make my tea cup yorkie an appointment I was told that I was to pre-pay for appointments from now on because I missed too many appointments over the 8 year span of supporting this growing small business (the last being due to an unavoidable family emergency). Today, I was greeted with shocklingly terrible service and an ill-mannered arguement fueled with lies from the owner herself. Not only was this service unprofessional but it was polar opposite from the past 9 years of service. I will not be taking my pet back to Kim's Dog House. This is not an acceptable way to treat a dedicated customer that has help build your small business.
