As an educational entrepreneur, I create projects, experiences, and relationships that serve one simple but powerful purpose: helping young people reach their full potential.

I have the unique opportunity to have taught every age group, from pre-k to college, in a variety of communities and institutional settings. In each experience, I seek to be a bridge between my students and the best practices and innovative ideas that will best serve them.

I value the diversity of my students, clients, colleagues, and team members while also supporting each of them in realizing a singular goal that is shared by all human beings: the need for recognition and an opportunity to live one's "best life."

To that end, I have created College Prep Tutors, virtual tutoring services for high school students; The "I Got In!" College Admissions Program that has helped hundreds of students get into their 1st choice college with substantial scholarship awards; The Teen Talk Virtual Course: Dr. Donna's Guide to Building Rapport and Trust With Your Teen (I also authored a book by the same name); Baseball Yogis - A Kids Fitness Program that provides all children regardless of skill level or competitive nature positive experiences with sports; and Wellness Hacks for Busy Parents, an IGTV series of videos to promote family wellness.

I am a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City, where I earned my doctorate degree in Education and also a proud alum of Southern Connecticut State University, where the seeds of my preparation as an educator were sown.

I was born and raised in Westport, Connecticut, have lived and taught in several cities throughout the US, and now reside in Palm Beach County, Florida with my two children, twins AJ and Mia.
