We just moved to the area and needed a new groomer for our Yorkie. Happy to say we were really happy we took our dog to Kelly and her crew. Best haircut she ever had.They were kind to her, and eased my fears about leaving her. We picked her up and she had two pink bows in her hair and a matching bandanna. Highly recommend Kelly's and will be going back for her next cut.

Will never bring my Newfoundland back to Kelly's. They shaved him because they claimed his hair was matted. You don't shave a Newfoundland. I asked them to trim his leg hair and they shaved his, along with his belly and rear, almost to the skin. This is unacceptable and should've warranted a phone call if they felt the need. This shop should stick to small dogs. We will return to our groomer an hour South of where we recently moved to because they understand how to groom a Newfoundland. I'll spend the extra money in gasoline to get a properly groomed dog and a happier one at that. Shame on you Kelly. Even after calling to discuss service, Kelly was defensive and refused to refund any money. She said she gave us a "good price" and we should be glad about that. So now I have a shaved Newfie with exposed skin because of an inexperienced groomer.
