Beware!!!!

I have never experienced anything like I did with this company before. We booked them to clean our house for a family holiday as we do every year. We have someone we use occasionally but a family member suggested Kelly Klean so we gave them a try. We have a lot of clutter in the house along with a dog who sheds a lot but we have had several different cleaning companies and professional individual housekeepers do terrific work with a great, friendly attitude. Evidently Kelly Klean expects their clients to clean the house before they get here. Two housekeepers came to my house and were given a basic list of normal housekeeping duties - clean the kitchen sink and counter, clean the bathroom, clean the floors, dust a couple of ceiling fans. They were not asked to dust bookshelves or touch them even. But the took it upon themselves to violate our privacy by taking pictures and sending them to their boss who promptly told them to leave our house without doing anything. Two people refused to do what a wonderful housekeeper we use often does without complaint. We were told by Kelly Klean we didn't fall within their "Dirt Code". The hubris of taking pictures in our home without permission, and deeming themselves too good to clean our home when we have never had trouble getting any other professional housekeepers to do so, was infuriating. I would highly advise that unless your house is already spotless and without clutter that you not call Kelly Klean.
