We do laundry, dishes, baseboards, move in and move out cleanings. Specializing in senior cleaning with laundry. We will stay with you as long as you need us. No contracts to sign, have us when you need us to clean. We offer seven days a week from Sunday thru Saturday. We start as early as 830 am thru 8pm. We have cleaners that are available for early evening hours. We give you the time you need with the attention you desire. We are fully insured. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We offer online billing and Gift Certificates.

I requested a "deep cleaning" following an academic rental, however I only received a superficial cleaning. Brenda offered to return and "clean the whole house" and on the scheduled day, she was running late and behind schedule. We rescheduled. On that day, only the kitchen and bathroom were cleaned -- with Windex and paper towels. I had to move the kitchen appliances and clean myself. Brenda left her staff sleeping on my deck. Brenda refused to adjust the invoice accordingly. So, basically, I cleaned my house.

I have been using Just The Basics House Cleaning for over a year now. and have decided that I can write a honest review based off of my experiences in the past few months:
They are very detailed and throughout. The owner, Brenda has gone above and beyond to make sure that my house was clean for every event I hosted at my house. She was very professional and worked with my schedule to ensure the house was cleaned. I am so glad I found a housecleaning business that I can trust and rely on to clean my house.

Very poor business practices. Always late, worker smokes, on phone, cleaned around items on counter. The owner Brenda is very rude. Please be wary of hiring these people.

I have had Just the Basics in my home . the cleaning was very detailed. they arrived 15 min late however, they were polite and did everything i had asked them to do. I have also requested they service my parents home monthly. I will refer them to all my friends and family.

Uses independent contractors and not employees. Has terrible online reviews and complaints from cleaners who have worked for them and not been paid for their work. Buyer beware.....
