What this person neglected to tell you was
She had 29 animals and expected to pay for an 1/2 hour visit $23

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After having a pet sitter confirmed, a few days before the trip the owner of the company told me the sitter was no longer available and ask that WE postpone our trip that was already paid for including reservations. I was furious! This was even after trying to reach out for several days prior to arrange a meeting with her to which she didn't respond. While we were happy with another sitter in the company that was out on maternity leave, we decided to try again with the company when she returned, however, then the owner decided to charge additional fees that were not stated anywhere on the price list. At that point, we realized we were in poor hands and would NEVER again trust a business that treated us so poorly!!!
