We recruit, drug screen, run a criminal record check and reference check applicants from the community and refer only the best qualified nurses for your needs. We offer Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides, and Home Health Aides to fill your requests. Our nurses are required to maintain theirlicenses and certifications, current CPR Certification, and annual physical examination and TB test. While our nurses are on assignment, we, as their employer, assume responsibility for payroll and payroll deductions, tax forms, workman's compensation, unemployment benefits, and professional liability coverage. These are just some of the reasons that it is best to set-up services with our agency, as opposed to hiring privately. <br/> <br/>Our nurses are provided with an Employee Handbook and receiving training on it when they are hired. The handbook provides them with the policy, procedures, rules and regulations that govern our organization. They receive training to insure their compliance with the handbook as well as specific instruction about each client. We here at Just Like Family strive to be the best and most professional service of our kind in the area, and our nurses are expected to perform accordingly when in your home. <br/> <br/>Our service is dedicated to planning and providing quality nursing care to those in need. We are available to do so for as little as one hour or around the clock. Our office hours are 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
