Sometimes you are lucky enough to have extraordinary individuals come into your life. Such was the case when we hired the Joyful Assistants 24/7 to take care of our beloved 93-year-old Dad in his home. From our first interaction with the owner, Danielle, we were struck with her professionalism, her caring, her knowledge and her "can do" attitude. These traits carried over to her team of caregivers, Mercedes and Morgan who were truly remarkable.... always punctual, always caring and upbeat, resourceful, tidy, followed protocols as directed by the family and Dad's doctor. They communicated as questions arose, stepped in and were up to speed in no time. They each brought their A-Game to the assignment, blending expertise, a thorough attention to detail, pescatarian meals, fresh ideas plus ample love and laughter too. We have the utmost respect for the Joyful Assistants. With a strong
work ethic, an uncanny intuition for anticipating and addressing what could
become issues down the line, they made sure our Dad felt beautifully cared for. Our family is forever grateful and highly recommends this exceptional group.
