During the holidays, I was caught up by surprise and did not realize how close the holidays were. My family was coming to town and my entire home was a total mess, interior and exterior. It was Sunday morning but I had some hope someone would show up. I called several companies and even called people on Craigslist, to no avail. Where were all the great cleaning service companies when I had a last minute emergency? I was beginning to lose hope when finally, searching online, I found a company that would serve my last minute cleaning needs without hesitation. Jessie's House and Carpet Cleaning is the best service I've ever hired. Called them on a Sunday at 11 a.m. and they were at my doorstep in less than an hour! I was very impressed. They did a variety of services. House cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing on a Sunday! And, since they did not get to finish cleaning all the areas that same day, they came back the next morning

Over the years, I've hired a vast number of cleaning companies and normally the results are "acceptable" the first few times, then the quality drops and I have to replace it. This cycle went on for several years, of which I was very disappointed. However, now I've been using multiple distinct services from Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning in Jacksonville, Florida for over five years. What started as a one-time carpet deep cleaning gift from my relative (who uses Jessie's also), became part of our monthly budget. And it is probably the best money spent each month. I get quality time back in my life with my family and that is priceless. Coming home to a clean house that I didn't clean is such a great feeling.
Like no other, the Jessie's team does such an amazing job! They must use magic because they successfully get the magenta hair dye out of my bathtub every time when my cleaning products just don't cut it. And they somehow get all of the cat fur from our four cats off everything. And that includes the cat that greets them at the door and "helps" them with dusting.
In addition to the cleaning, they are all genuinely kind people, and it is evident that they care about the clients. We have no concerns not being home when they are there and know everything is in great hands. They are the only ones I trust around my pets, jewelry, and collection of antiques. In Jacksonville, I don't believe you could find a better full-service cleaning company, at least that has been my case.

I've used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn't let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie's. I've truly never been happier & can't say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! ); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your "wish list" & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they've been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I've learned that you really do get what you pay for. And with Jessie's, that's miles past any other housekeeping company out there. THEY ARE SOOOO WORTH THE PRICE! Oh! They can also do more! They can send someone to clean your carpets, help you move large items, get you ready for a garage sale, pressure wash, and on & on & on. Truly full-service. I can't say enough good things about them. My dogs even love it when they are here! If you need your house deep-cleaned & then kept this way, hire Jessie's & you will be very happy you did.
