I was VERY disappointed in the condition my two dogs came back after just one night of stay. Insect bit marks around their flanks, itching, and the bottoms of their paws are raw from the artificial (plastic) astro turf they have in the outside common play area. They both have been limping from the paw damage, still one week later.

Also, I brought them portioned food to be fed and, because of the runs they had, think they may have been fed another dog food.

We notice, when we went back to the kennel area, here are a LOT of dogs being boarded there and their "kennels" are actually cinder block and concrete. While they do have access though a doggie door to the common play area, again, it's astro turf and likely don't have access outside much.

While the staff appears friendly and such, there is no way I am taking my dogs back there.

The pix on their web site are very deceiving, not what I observed.
