After going through three different agencies with nothing but horrible experiences, I hired Interim to provide a live-in aide for my 88 year old mother. The owner of the company personally came to my mother's home to meet her and to learn about our situation. Two days later they sent in a live-in aide is absolutely FANTASTIC. She is beyond caring, super friendly, and has become like a member of the family. The owner checks in with us every couple of weeks to see how things are going, which I find to be a nice personal touch. The quality of customer service from this agency is second-to-none.
