Emma came in and helped my mom clean after I left with my crazy kids. My mom is NOT an easy person to make happy. However, my mom called me after Emma and her team left and she couldn't have been happier with the work that they did for her! Very hard workers. Did a lot of work and extras that I had not asked for or expected.
Their niche is move outs, move ins, hoarding situations where the hoarder has relinquished control and nothing is recoverable, or an extreme minimalist.
We had some miscommunications that seemed language barrier related. Be very, very specific about all aspects of the job. If it looks like it might be trash, regardless of location, it is trash. Also be sure to clarify where to put mop water when the job is done.
If you need recycling or composting or other more complicated items you will need to spend extra time and work with the team. Very old school cleaning, if you do not want fabric furniture wiped down with a wet cloth be sure to let them know. Expensive blinds, show them how to clean them and stay with the crew while they do it.

Emma is one of the best cleaning service I've used. She is very thorough and precise. I leave Emma at my home alone every time she comes to clean and not once have anything came up missing.
